陈岩(宋代)
（?—1299）宋池州青阳人，字清隐，号九华山人。宋末屡举进士不第。入元，隐居不仕。尝集杜甫诗句为《凤髓集》。遍游九华山胜迹，品题诸名胜殆遍。有《九华诗集》。
