明德
（?—1770）满洲正红旗人，辉和氏。雍正间由笔帖式补太常寺博士。乾隆间累擢江苏巡抚，疏浚常熟福山塘河，灌田数万顷。官至云贵总督，值用兵缅甸，因误军需粮马降巡抚，寻卒。 ►明德的诗文(1篇)
